Do I need an account to use JetML?
Yes, you’ll need access to an account with an active subscription to use the JetML platform.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into the platform and click the Account button on the left side panel. Under Payments, click the Open Billing Portal button. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel Plan.

How do compute credits work?
- 1 compute credit = 1 hour run time of our smallest instance (1GB ram)

What is metered billing?
Metered billing is a subscription feature that allows your account to exceed its monthly subscription limits for storage, compute credits, or both. Only pay for the extra storage or compute credits you consume. View metered billing pricing.
Can I add metered billing later?
Yes, you can add or remove metered billing from your account at any time.
